In 2013, the NAPA DC Fly-In Forum featured House Education and Workforce Chairman Rep. John Kline (R-MN), Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO) and Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD).

This year we hope to equal or exceed last year’s incredible lineup of speakers. We have invited several key lawmakers and policymakers, including:

  • Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), who chairs the House Committee on the Budget and serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means
  • Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA), the House Majority Leader
  • Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), who serves on the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee and the Senate Special Committee on Aging
  • Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), who serves on the Senate Finance Committee and Senate Committee on the Budget
  • SEC Commissioner Michael S. Piwowar

And, we expect to cover topics such as –

  • The possible changes to the Tax Code via Tax Reform LegislationQuestion pic
  • The proposed Department of Labor Regulations on the Definition of a Fiduciary
  • The SEC’s Uniform Judiciary Rules
